Saturday was our last Basketball game. We started practising before Christmas so it did seem like the season lasted a long time. We all had such a great time being involved with the Upward Basketball program. Alli made some good friends that we hope to keep those friendships going. She really liked Kourtney number 13 and Taylor number 25. We hope to invite them over during Spring break. Makayla really enjoyed being the Assit. coach and did such a good job. She really enjoyed the girls and getting to practise with the team. Alli was the second highest scorer for our team with 52 points. We were undefeated up until the last game - this last game was neck and neck the whole way and we were able to pull ahead in the last quarter and win by 10 or so points. We are having our awards program Tues. and then our team is going out for ice cream. It was a great reminder to our family and for the team that no matter what you are doing - playing Basketball, coaching, working, playing that you can do it all to glorify God and have Him in every area of your life. Way to go Lady Hawks!!
